Organizing delivery rounds by hand was slow and error-prone: delivery slips re-typed, appointments booked by phone, routes built by guesswork, and no visibility once a driver left. The manager had no clear picture of who was doing what, or where.

- Built autonomous client date-booking via a single-use secure link, with follow-ups
- Built constraint-based route optimization with interactive maps
