How a tailored assistant freed a large share of a high-impact team’s time.
The problem
Drafting proposals for public agencies consumed close to half the team’s time. Manual, repetitive work that drew on a rich but scattered body of documentation.
The result: less time for the actual mission, and a bottleneck on every new opportunity.
Our solution
We built an assistant able to draft proposals from their own document library. The team describes the opportunity, and it produces a first version faithful to their history and tone.
Not a generic tool: a system fed by their documents, fitted to how they work, and adopted by the team.
